The studio is everything you would expect, the primal scent of warm, damp clay, the clutter of the busy artist. Sacks of clay vie for space with mixes for glazes, finished pots dry on wooden racks down the whole of one wall, even the wheel itself has to fight for its space. This is not the domain of the amateur.

It's a real pity that we can't accomodate visitors, perhaps they could enjoy the insight into the whole process. The truth is that space (or lack of it!) just makes it impossible.
One of the great benefits of the internet is that, through this site, we can actually bring some of this flavour to people. Then, when we meet at exhibitions or even online, they can already feel that they maybe know me, my work and have some idea of how it all happens. It also means I can have the kind of gallery I can only dream about here!
